Building Generous Congregations
Monday, January 11, 2016
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Giving freely lies at the heart of the Christian life, yet church leaders are rarely prepared for the challenge of raising money for ministry today. This seminar explores how to develop a culture of generosity in congregations, where people meet one another and the world with open hands. In addition, participants will learn skills of granting-writing that may enable congregations to develop new forms of mission and support sabbatical leaves for pastors.
This seminar is supported by the Mills Seminar in Parish Ministry.
